Free Conversational English Classes

Join us on Wednesday evenings from September through mid May at 6:30pm for free Conversational English Classes.  Anyone who would like to learn English as a Second Language (ESL) is welcome!   All teachers are unpaid volunteers who want to help you learn to speak English better.  While language lessons include the Bible as a tool for teaching, people of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome!

All Classes will be taught at 1221 W. Whitehall Road.  Please join us! 

  • Wednesday Evenings 6:30-8:30 (September - May)
  • New students may enroll any Wednesday
  • All classes are free. Students will be asked to purchase a student book costing approximately $15.
  • Free childcare for ages birth to 10 years

Come Serve with us!

There are several ways that you can partner with us to bless our international students and families are encouraged to serve together.  You could...

  • Provide snacks or assist with set up and clean up for mid-lesson breaks
  • Provide childcare on a rotating schedule
  • Provide startup materials for classrooms
  • Be a partner for practicing conversation with students during a time that suits your schedule
  • Help coordinate a monthly cultural event for students like carving pumpkins, preparing a Thanksgiving style meal, or decorating Christmas cookies
